History
Founded in 2005 by a core of seasoned investor-employees from the industrial automation sector, we have grown into a family of just under 100 dedicated engineers, programmers, and skilled tradespeople. Our home is in Lewis Center, Ohio, a suburb just north of Columbus. This location not only provides us with office and assembly space, but also areas for in-house machining, electrical panel building, welding, and painting. Most recently, we moved our FillPRO powder-filling division to this location to better serve companies that were customers of both Xigent and FillPRO equipment and service.

FillPRO equipment is customized per project to weigh and dispense flowable, dry or liquid material into your containers. We offer a wide range of customization options for systems that can be fully or partially automated. Units can be stand-alone workstations or configured for integration into full-scale factory operations.

When you call us, you will speak to a member of our Sales Team and discuss your project in detail. If the project feels like a good fit, an Applications Engineer will be assigned to your RFQ and the project specs will be discussed with you in more detail.
A concept drawing is created and reviewed with you and your team and will be revised as needed. After concept approval, a more detailed and formal quote is prepared and can be presented at a few different levels.
ROM Price Quote – Rough Order of Magnitude. This quote is a bit less detailed and typically comes within +/- 20% to the anticipated firm quote.
Budgetary Price Quote – A bit more detailed and typically +/- 10% to the anticipated firm price.
Firm Price Quote – A very detailed quote with fixed pricing and ready for a purchase order.
